Mathadi Workers are a part of the unprotected labor force who are responsible for performing mundane loading and unloading tasks. They operate under the regulations of the Mathadi Act within the state of Maharashtra, India. The state's labor department oversees several Mathadi labor boards where both workers and their employers are formally registered.

These Mathadi Boards handle the management of monthly salaries by collecting funds from employers on behalf of the workers. Once received, these funds are then distributed to workers following deductions for items such as Provident Fund contributions, monthly loans/deposits with Pathpedhi (a Credit Co-operative Society), income tax, among others. In addition to salary handling, the Boards also manage Provident Fund accounts, pay out gratuities and bonuses, and oversee various welfare programs for the workers.

The deductions made for Pathpedhi loans on behalf of the workers are subsequently reimbursed to the specific Pathpedhi, which then credits each worker's respective loan or deposit account.

It is noted that this application consolidates data from both the Boards' ERP Software and the Credit Co-operative's ERP Software. It carefully validates this information for individual workers and presents them with a detailed monthly payslip along with their current loan and deposit balances held by the respective Credit Co-operatives.
